Routines assist you in prioritizing what is most important. When you plan your day or work hard to develop specific habits, you’re effectively saying, “This is what’s important to me.” Routines and habits push you to consider your priorities and make decisions.

Habits allow you to focus on more important things. Habit is responsible for 40% of our behaviors since our minds prefer to conserve energy. The more chores you can automate each day, the more brain space and energy you’ll have to devote to more important responsibilities.

    Reading changes you from a common person into a remarkable individual. It provides you the exhilaration of being transported to another planet with completely different conditions from the one you’re in right now. As a result, you become a better person. Many things in your life may not have been experienced firsthand, but you do have the privilege of experiencing them in a variety of ways. Reading will always make you a better person, regardless of what you read. It will help you expand your vocabulary, improve your narrative, and improve your ability to analyze people and situations. Reading is such a crucial part of my life for me that I can’t imagine not having it. Starting to read is never too late. When and wherever you can, read a lot.

Smiling induces the release of molecules that help in fighting stress When you slouch or frown, your mind takes cues related to unhappiness and depression. However, once you adjust yourself by putting on a smile, you begin to feel a new level of excitement and vibrancy.

    Self love is you must love yourself before you can bring good things to your life. If you don’t love yourself or your life, you will be stuck at a negative baseline. Nothing good can come into an unloved life. Once you learn to fine self love, you will be ready to harness the power of the law of attraction to its fullest benefit. Showing love to everyone and everything is essential, but the most important feeling of love is you can have for yourself. You can’t feel good when you don’t love you. Self love means to me because a lot of benefits for us like prioritizing myself, giving myself a break from self judgement, and also setting healthy boundaries.
